I'm Aubrey, and I pride myself on making therapy approachable and actually helpful. I know that starting therapy can feel daunting. In our sessions, you can expect a friendly, conversational, guided approach backed by actionable tools that go far beyond basic journaling and breathing exercises. My specialties lie in ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and healing from trauma, as well as helping my clients develop more self-understanding and self-acceptance.

How I Can Help

Neurodivergent Therapy

Through lived experience and extensive certifications, I offer informed therapy for those with ADHD and/or Autism. I can help you understand and accommodate your diagnoses, which will empower you to live better and feel more self-compassion.

Trauma Therapy

My intersectional trauma-informed approach can help you figure out the "why" behind certain sensitivities and triggers, including how your past experiences may still be affecting you today. I also offer EMDR.

Warm & Authentic Therapy

I offer a warm and friendly conversational approach to therapy. I'm here to guide the conversation and help you feel comfortable. No stiffness or stuffiness, guaranteed!
