Frequently Asked Questions

I offer a 15 minute free consultation call if you'd like, but this is not required.

I am telehealth only and do not offer in person sessions.

Arizona, Oregon, and Washington. (Washington pending.)

Below are the plans I am in-network with in each state. Please call your insurance to verify that your specific plan is in-network with me.

For Arizona, I accept self-pay clients, sliding scale, as well as Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, Providence Health Plan, United Healthcare, Oscar, and UMR (more contracts pending).

For Oregon, I accept self-pay clients, sliding scale, as well as Aetna, Cigna, Carelon, and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon (more contracts pending).

For Washington, licensure is pending. Self pay, sliding scale, and insurance contracts to follow.

For self-pay clients, the first session is $200, and all follow ups are $150. I also offer sliding scale, and am contracted with many major insurances. If you plan to use insurance, you can call the number on the back of your insurance card to get the exact cost of sessions with me.

In your first full session, we will collaborate on identifying your goals and needs, as well as going over your history and stressors. I will help to guide the conversation as we get to know each other.

Weekly therapy is considered the "gold standard", but I understand that time and finances can get in the way of this for some, and others feel that biweekly therapy is sufficient. We can discuss your preferences and my recommendations when we meet.

No, I only work with adults for individual therapy. I am happy to provide referrals for couples, family, or child/teen therapy if needed.

I use an integrative approach, which means I pull from multiple different modalities. My most prevalent methods are an intersectional trauma informed approach, a neurodivergent informed approach, and EMDR. Additionally, I pull from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness approaches, emotion focused approaches, and self compassion techniques.

You can schedule with me online, send me a text, email me, or call me if you prefer to get set up that way. You can find all of these methods on the Contact page.

I do not prescribe medications. I am happy to provide referrals to a provider who does.

I do not provide letters or fill out forms — including but not limited to: emotional support animal letters, disability paperwork, court and legal proceedings, FMLA, or gender-affirming care — as this is outside of my scope. I am only able to send copies of your records with a completed and signed Release of Information form.

In the state of Arizona, a therapist cannot diagnose ADHD or Autism. I can help to weigh the likelihood of a potential diagnosis through interview and assessment, but I will not provide a formal diagnosis. My role is to provide support and skills. I am happy to provide referrals for formal testing.
